CAN I ORDER WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT?

Yes you can! However, an account brings the following benefits: a quicker checkout process, clear overview of your orders and an easy way to view your order status and history. However, orders will be saved via cookies in your browser.

I’VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Don’t worry, it happens. Just go to the login page and click the ‘Forgot password?’ link. You’ll receive an email indicating the steps to follow.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you want to cancel your order, make sure you contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Please keep your order number close to you and we will make the asked changes if the production has not started yet. Keep in mind that your order cannot be canceled once the production has started.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

If you did not receive a confirmation email, you may have entered an incorrect email address. Also check your spam. Also be aware that some email address hosts are slower to transmit emails than others. If none of the above steps are successful, please wait 24 hours. If after 24 hours you still have not received anything, you can contact us so that we can check this for you. We would be happy to help you!

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

We are starting to ship our products to neighboring countries: France, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg, UK and of course Belgium. We hope to be able to increase this number of countries as quickly as possible. The countries to which we deliver are listed on the order finalization page under the “country” tab.

SHIPPING

WHERE DOES JATS* SHIP FROM?

All of our items are shipped from Brussels, Belgium.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY

We made the choice to ship to our border countries first : France, Germany, The Netherlands, UK, Luxembourg and Belgium. During checkout there’s an overview of which countries we ship to, including shipping costs.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

We are a really young company and unfortunately, we can’t afford to offer you the entire shipping costs. However, we always make sure that you pay a maximum of 4.99€ (only in some countries) and we take care of the rest of the delivery. We are constantly calculating our costs to be able to do it !

WHAT CARRIER SERVICE WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?

After the production period, your order will be shipped by Bpost. Once your order arrives in the country of destination, a local carrier will take care of your order. You can track your order by using the Track & Trace-link you have received by email. (It may take a little while)

MY ORDER IS STILL BEING PROCESSED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

In an ecological concern, we have decided to work with pre-orders : this allows us to have no textile waste and to produce only according to the demand. When production starts, you will receive a notification and a tracking link. Since we produce on demand, this process might take longer than a typical site with stock.

MY ORDER STATUS SHOWS ‘DELIVERED’, BUT I DIDN’T RECEIVE ANYTHING. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If the package is marked “delivered” but you have not received anything, contact your postal service (easily identifiable via the tracking link). If you still do not have a solution through your postal service, contact us as soon as possible so that we can contact the postal services. They might try to find out what happened with your beautiful package or run a search to find out where it was delivered.

I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Oh no ! We are sorry about that. Please contact us with your order number to [email protected] Please send-us a picture of the defect and/or problem so we can analyse the problem and find a solution.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to place an order! Jats accepts the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact/Maestro

I’M NOT SURE IF YOU HAVE PLACED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Go to “my orders”. You will have a history of the orders that you have made. If you don’t fin d it,, it means that the order has not been placed. If you haven’t registered, please check your emails. Still nothing? Please contact us at [email protected] including the email address used to place the order, time and date of purchase, order value and payment method. In that way, we can quickly check it for you.

ARE THERE EXCHANGE RATES?

All of our transactions are calculated in Euros (€ EUR). If you are in the UK, the currency is in Pound (£ GBP). If your transaction is in a different currency, your order total will be based on the exchange rate on the date of the transaction. The exchange rates are updated daily at 00:00.

THE TOTAL CART PRICE CHANGED AT CHECKOUT, WHY?

If you have changed the country of delivery, the price may have changed due to VAT outside the European Union and/or increased delivery costs. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

First, before you send the package back to us, make sure you have reached an agreement with us. To make a return, please take a photo of the textile when you return it and pack it in such a way that the textile is as well protected as possible.

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR MY RETURN?

For now, unfortunately, return shipping costs cannot be refunded.

CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER SIZE?

Unfortunately we are unable to process exchanges due to pre-orders. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.

HOW DO I KNOW IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY RETURN?

We recommend that you return your items with the possibility of tracking the return, with a tracking code. This way you can always check where the package is and whether it was delivered.
We will process your return as quickly as possible, please keep in mind that this can take up to 5 working days. You will receive an email after your return has been processed!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

We understand that you would like to receive your refund as soon as possible. It can take up to 5 business days to process your return. You’ll receive an email as soon as we made the refund!
The refund may take additional processing time, depending on your payment method and bank. Refunds might not show up in your account until your credit card’s next monthly billing statement.

HOW DO I ADD A PROMO CODE TO MY ORDER?

Bingo! Add your desired product to your shopping cart and you will be able to enter the ‘promo code’. Type or copy/paste your code, exactly as given and without space. It will be automatically taken into account and applied to the summary of your order.

MY PROMO CODE ISN’T WORKING, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you have verified that the code is still current, correctly encoded but still does not work, you can contact us ([email protected]). We will check for you.

Do you restock your products?

We currently can’t let you know when an item will be available for pre-order again. It depends on the popularity and demand of the item. However, you can ask to be notified when a product is back on pre-order by asking us to be notified, you also allow us to have a view on the demand for production of the visual.
